All Starrett bandsaw machines are supplied with a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty duration may vary by region where longer periods are required by law.
Portable models include a 1-year warranty for business users and 2-years for private users.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
• Replacement of defective parts free of charge
• Technical support provided through the authorised Distributor during the warranty period
• Warranty repairs carried out by the supplying Dealer/Distributor using approved procedures
WHAT’S NOT COVERED
• Consumable or high-wear parts (e.g., bandsaw blades, guides, roller bearings, coolant nozzles, brushes)
• Damage caused by transport, misuse, incorrect power supply, accidental drops, improper storage or unauthorised repairs
• Routine maintenance tasks such as adjustments, cleaning and blade changes
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Warranty claims are made via the Dealer or Distributor from whom the machine was purchased.
The Dealer will verify the issue, request supporting photos/videos, and coordinate with Starrett where required.
