Follow proper break-in procedure

Speed too slow.

Wrong blade pitch

Use proper tooth selection.

Work spinning or loose nested bundles.

Tighten vise or use nesting clamps

Cut beginning over the corner of the material.

Start the cut slowly.

Excessive backup guide preload.

Adjust pressure block.
